J Matthes The Bendicator is a stainless steel gauge used to consistently replicate bends and cuts. Form brass rod into handles (or anything else) quickly, accurately and much faster than you could remove those attachment points. ![]() ![]() To get started, select an appropriate brass rod to replace the kit part. Measure the original kit part. Place the brass rod in the selected slot. Bend. You may need to use flat nosed pliers to create the 90 degree if using thin stock or desire a sharp angle. Measure the width of the kit part. Replicate the measurement in brass. Bend the second right angle. Measure and select the desired depth (note: it will be deeper than the original bend) and cut. Done. This can be repeated over and over with indentical results.
J Matthes resides in New York where he waits for Ted to finish some prototypes. ![]() copyright©2005 ausfwerks |
